Casa de Suenos is the newest beach home in the area and is furnished with high end luxury appliances and furniture. The six bedrooms each have their own private bath. Three bedrooms are on the first floor and three on the second floor. Each room throughout the house is tastefully decorated and painted with colorful beach tones.
The first floor has a large gameroom with a sitting area, pool table and two kayaks for taking out to the bay. Also included are boogie boards and two cruiser bikes for riding on the beach. The second floor contains the main living/dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and wall mounted large tv. Viking stainless appliances including dishwasher, professional stove and a wine refrigerator are in the kitchen. Large folding doors open up to create outdoor living if you prefer the fresh ocean breeze.
The covered terrace has two dining tables, BBQ area with a Viking grill, outside refrigerator, and large infinity pool.
An estuary is located on the front side of the house
and two bedrooms have private balconies for enjoying the birds, monkeys and wildlife along the estuary that runs into the ocean. A full time guard/gardener and maid service three
times weekly are provided with this home.
